Embroidery dress
I am back with one more simple embroidery.
Last weak end was very boring, thinking of doing some embroidery, I started digging my cupboard.
At last I found this nighty. My mom purchased this nighty nearly six, seven months back,
It was lying inside my cupboard. I didn't wear it even once.
And then......... this is the output.
It is free hand design. I used chain stitch for flowers and stem.
Satin stitch and back stitch for leaves and french knots for buds.

Black Kurti , ongoing work........
This black salwar is a gift from one of my relatives. Big size sequence ( chamki ) was stitched all over the kurti. It looked very bright while wearing in day light and even in evenings. Usually I wont prefer wearing glittering dresses. But this is a gift, no other go I have to wear it now and then. Before doing any alteration in that I asked my mom, after getting permission I removed most of the chamkis and did some floral designs.
Work is not yet completed.
This is the output upto now. Willl share it after finishing.

Embroidery on Multi colour Kurti - 1
This is my new Kurti. Thought to do some simple embroidery.
I din't go for any designs. Just thinking to work on the design given in the fabric.
Only thing where I got confused was in choosing thread colours.
At last I selected the same colours what ever where in the kurti.
Worked with chain stitch in the bottom and pasted pink kundan stones in middle of the design.
Pasted small light pink stones all over the kurti.
This is the output.

Peacock
Hi,
This is my latest work. I did this hand embroidery peacock recently.
This is my first try with Zari & Silk threads.
I used silk thread, Zari thread and cotton thread for this work.
Stitches are Chain stitch, Back stitch, Satin stitch, Lavangam stitch and net work.
I felt little difficult working with zari thread. Somewhat I managed.
Hope you like it.

My Own Designer Dupatta - 2
I bought this cotton salwar material from Chennai. Top & bottom materials were fully designed with mango motifs and small flower motifs in maroon and orange cotton thread. Dupatta was plain with beautiful border.
So I did some small motifs.Whatever stitches were in the dress I did same. One is running stitch and in the middle i did single Double Knot Stitch/Palestrina Stitch using orange colour thread. Now its looking good.
Dupatta before doing embroidery.
After doing Embroidery. Small motifs here and there.

My own designer dupatta 1
Hi friends,
How are you?
This dupatta is designed by me.
I bought a purple cotton Kurti material to match with white patiala pant, but I couldn't find a matching dupatta. I was not interested to go for a white dupatta.
So thought to design a dupatta.
So I bought plain white cotton material and requested tailor to stitch the remaining kurti material on four sides of the white dupatta really he did a good job. But Inside it was fully plain. So I planned to do some embroidery and patch work. From that remaining cloth i cut some circles and using hemming stitch just did the patchwork ( circles ) and did running stitch to connect the circles.
Here and there I did some spiral designs with chain stitche .
Finally I got a beautiful designer dupatta ( Isn't it beautiful?).
